What we collect
If you join the early-access list, we store the answers you gave in this flow (career countries and years, age, income figures, retirement goal, what brought you here) together with your email address and the indicative estimate we showed you. If you leave before entering an email, nothing is stored.
Why, and on what basis
Two purposes, each on its own consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). First: to email you when Clerio's early access covers your countries, with your answers carried over so your verified picture starts where the estimate left off — this is why the list exists, and the box you must tick to join. Second, only if you separately opt in: occasional product updates and cross-border pension tips. We don't sell or share your data with third parties beyond the infrastructure that processes it for us.
How long we keep it
We keep your entry for as long as your consent stands. Withdraw it — by unsubscribing from any email or writing to us — and we delete your data. We also clear out entries that have sat inactive for 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent. Write to privacy@cleriowealth.lu. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority (in Luxembourg, the CNPD).
